Since the beginning of the year, I’ve had the privilege of working with the talented team at This Is Beyond. In the events sector, they excel at creating immersive experiences that promote individuals and businesses worldwide.

 

I was fortunate to join the team for a major event in Miami, which highlights innovative leaders in the travel community. The volume of assets required for an event like this is impressive. Collaborating closely with creative leads and account managers, my role was to ensure that all artwork was properly prepared for print. We worked with multiple print houses, each with its own specific requirements. My tasks included large format printing with custom sizes, producing printed materials like maps, menus, information cards, posters, and flyers. We also utilised various vinyls with specific printing techniques. Effective time management was crucial, as each phase needed to be completed on schedule to ensure timely handover of all artwork.

 

This project was a fantastic experience, and the agency I collaborated with was exceptional. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to engage in additional projects, and I hope to continue this fruitful relationship in the future.
